Former Georgia Pacific Warehouses Sold

Nov. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Lake Placid, FL- Distribution Blvd, LLC purchased 267,500 square feet of warehouse space on 26 acres  for $1,150,000.00 from Georgia-Pacific Corrugated LLC, LLC located at 400 & 600 SR 70 West.

The space was formerly used by Georgia-Pacific, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of tissue, pulp paper, packaging, building products and related chemicals.
