This integration will allow Tenmast’s property management customers to run criminal background checks, complete with sex offender results, view eviction histories, and generate credit reports all from within WinTen2.  

The ONLINE Rental Exchange will utilize application data entered in WinTen2 to verify the applicant’s identity, generate instant criminal and eviction reports, and return an accurate leasing decision according to the property’s policies.
