East Rockaway Allstate Agent Robert James Donates $500 to Freeport Little League

Nov. 8, 2010 - PRLog -- Allstate agency owner Robert James was recently named an Agent Hero by Allstate Insurance Company’s New York Region, and awarded a $500 grant for a local youth program.

James donated the grant to the Freeport Little League (FLL), an all-volunteer organization that teaches the fundamentals of baseball and softball, but also acts as role models, substitute parents and substitute teachers. FLL teaches its players the value of teamwork and sportsmanship, and the lessons learned on the baseball field help develop them into future leaders in the community.

“As an Allstate agent, I believe it is my responsibility to demonstrate the Good Hands Promise every single day,” said James, whose East Rockaway Allstate Agency office is located at 101 Main Street. “It is an honor to be able to donate this grant to the Little League and hopefully touch the lives of the kids who are involved.”
