Hudson Valley Knights Challenger Football Team Receives $500 Donation from Pawling Allstate Agent

Nov. 17, 2010 - PRLog -- Allstate agency owner Janet Prince was recently named an Agent Hero by Allstate Insurance Company’s New York Region, and awarded a $500 grant for a local youth program.

Prince donated the grant to the Hudson Valley Knights Challenger Pop Warner football team, a program designed to give 5-18 year-old members of the special needs community in eastern Dutchess County the opportunity to play non-contact football.  The grant helped to fund food and commemorative t-shirts for a special game where the Knights were joined by the Capital District and Staten Island Challenger teams.  

“As an Allstate agent, I believe it is my responsibility to demonstrate the Good Hands Promise in the community every single day,” said Prince, whose Tanner-Prince Agency office is located at 124 Route 22 in Pawling. “It is an honor to be able to donate this grant to the Challenger team and hopefully touch the lives of the kids who are involved.”
