Nov. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Sarasota, FL- Gary Kompothecras purchased 40,331 SF of Class C office space situated on 4.32 acres of land located at 1864 17th Street from Urban America for $1,000,000.00 ($24.79 PSF). At the time of sale, the facility housed one tenant, occupying 15,000 SF of space.
