Hope Hospice purchases 46 Acres near Metro and 6 Mile

Nov. 24, 2010 - PRLog -- Cape Coral, FL- Hope Hospice purchased 46.35 acres of commercial land located at the NE corner of Metro Parkway and Six Mile Cypress from HCB Real Holdings, LLC for $7,560,000.00.

Hope Hospice is a facility designed to provide comfort and support to people of all ages who are facing a life limiting illness.  Hope provides services in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospitals as well as Hospice Houses in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Bonita Springs. Licensed by the State of Florida since 1984, community support enables Hope to serve everyone, regardless of a person's ability to pay.

This land will be utilized for future use to accommodate development and growth. Previously Hope Hospice was priced out of market by speculators.
