TBK Consult selects ValuePerform as strategy analysis tool

Dec. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- All management consulting assignments starts with understanding the clients’ current situation, strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities.  TBK Consult previously used the proprietary GROW methodology to perform the situation analysis and define the critical path to success.

ValuePerform is developed by the Danish software company ValueMaker and is based on the balanced scorecard principles. ValuePerform includes an Internet browser-based data collection and analysis tool. This makes the process highly efficient, as participants can contribute independently, anywhere and anytime.

TBK Consult expects to have all 40 consultants certified by February 2011.
