During drilling, consider to have smooth process. We need drilling fluid as lubrication and the cooling down material for drilling rig or drill pipe, etc. No matter in o&g drilling, HDD, mining exploration, diamond drilling, etc.  

There will be different drilling cuttings for related depth. We must separate the drilling cuttings out to keep good property of drilling fluid.

The detailed equipments

Anyhow, there will be shale shaker as first stage equipment. And then desander, desilter, or combined desander and desilter to be mud cleaner. Decanter centrifuge, it is considered as the fourth stage equipment.

Certain industry and actual drilling project will use specific equipments or system. Such as in mining industry, we don't need every motor is explosion proof. However, consider reliable quality under rough conditions we kindly suggest use the explosion proof control panel.


Principle of separating solids from drilling fluid

We must separate the drillinig cuttings gradually. It's prohibited if we process the fluid disobey the regulation. Such as when we separating the fluid we must separate particles larger than 76 microns before using desander.

Furthermore, before the fluid going into centrifuge the solids will be less than 7microns. So before go into decanting centrifuge, the under shaker of mud cleaner will cut down particles larger than 7 microns
