Wrestling Champ To Appear At Frank Myers Auto Maxx

Dec. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Ricky Morton, one half of the championship wrestling tag team The Rock 'n' Roll Express'', will help collect toys for less fortunate children on Saturday December 18, 2010 at Frank Myers Auto Maxx in Winston-Salem, NC.

Morton will sign autographs and pose for pictures with fans 12-2 p.m.

''For every toy that folks bring in for us to give less fortunate children, Frank Myers Auto will match their contribution and donate a toy as well,” said dealership owner Tracy Myers.
''Plus for every car we sell while Ricky is here, we’ll donate another $100 worth of toys. But it's not really about selling cars,'' Myers said. ''It's about helping the families that need it the most during this Christmas season.”

Myers hopes people also will make monetary contributions when they pose with Morton.
Morton  has held seventy-nine championships throughout his career, and is best known for his appearances with Robert Gibson, with whom he has been a four-time NWA World Tag Team Champion as one half of tag team The Rock ‘n’Roll Express.  Myers says he was able to bring Morton to town because of several ‘inside connections’ he has in the wrestling industry.

''Love wrestling or hate wrestling, everyone knows that Morton is a household name around the world. We are so thrilled he's taking time from her busy travel schedule to visit our Winston-Salem used car dealership,'' Myers said. ''He's helping us go above and beyond for a great cause and we look forward to collecting a lot of toys and writing a large check to help out families in need on Saturday the 18th of December.''
