Dec. 14, 2010 - PRLog -- West Palm Beach, FL - Palm Beach County's largest young professionals networking group, the Young Professionals of the Palm Beaches "YPOP", had their annual Holiday HotSpot at the Palm Beach Airport Hilton Club10 on Thursday, December 9. YPOP once again partnered with the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program to help bring holiday cheer to those less fortunate. Thanks to the generosity of the members of the Young Professionals of the Palm Beaches, close to 75 new, unwrapped toys were donated to the Angel Tree Program at the holiday event.

"As we all know times are tough but with demands continuing to increase the time to give is now" said Development & Public Relations Director, Tara Bennett.  "YPOP members are listening to those demands and came bearing gifts during their Holiday Party for those who may have gone without this Christmas.  Nearly 5,000 children in Palm Beach County will receive the only Christmas gifts they may get thanks to The Salvation Army Angel Tree Program.  On Monday, December 20th, families here in Palm Beach County will begin to receive the gifts YPOP and other supports contributed.  These gifts will ensure the neediest of families will get to share in the magic of a Christmas morning this year.  The Salvation Army of Palm Beach County is thankful to YPOP for ensuring that no child goes with out this Christmas."

The Young Professionals of the Palm Beaches thanks the Palm Beach Airport Hilton for their continued support of the group and for hosting this popular annual event. Also deserving of thanks is the University of Miami School of Business Administration as their sponsorship of YPOP helps keep the events free and open to all young professionals who wish to participate.
