The San Diego Better Business Bureau presented its 13th annual Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics during a noon luncheon December 7th at the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center in Mission Valley. The program honored companies that demonstrate ethical business practices. The luncheon's keynote speaker was : John Robinson, former USC and NFL Coach.
