President of Guinea Invites H.H. Sheikh Butti Bin Suhail Al Maktoum to His Presidential Inaugration

Dec. 17, 2010 - PRLog -- The first freely held presidential elections in the West African State of Guinea held on 7th November resulted in a winning of most respected vetern leader Professor Alpha Conde whos majority was challenged in the supreme court but the verdict came quickly in his favor.

Professor Alpha Fonde Conde, the former president of the Federation of Black African students in France (FEANF). A former Professor of Public Law at Sorbonne (Paris), the new head of State was sentenced to death in absentia in the 1960s by Toure for his opposition to the country's one-party system. He only returned home shortly after Colonel Lansana Conte grabbed power in 1984.

The newly elected president is a great friend and admiror of United Arab Emirates. His Highness Sheikh Butti Bin Suhail Al Maktoum appreciated the invitation and congratulated the president for his succession through a credible election process. In His Congratulation letter His Highness Sheikh Butti Bin Suhail Al Maktoum said that "On behalf of the wider Arab Nation and the UAE people in particular, I congratulate you at this historic moment and wish you all the success in your future endeavors and wish you many long years in the leadership and service of the proud Guinean peoples".

His Highness Sheikh Butti Bin Suhail Al Maktoum also invited the President to visit united Arab Emirates as his Royal Guest. Dr. kaiser Rafiq - the Managing Director of Royal Emirates Group and Chaired by His Highness also Invited the President to Dubai to discuss the possible investment opportunites in the Republic of Guinea.
