Dec. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- Fort Myers, FL- FL Star I, LLC purchased a 49,675 SF of office building from GE Commercial Finance for $1,625,000.00. The asset is located at 4150 Ford Street Extension.

The building was 64% occupied at the time of sale. The current tenants include Southwest Florida Workforce and Children’s Network of Southwest Florida.
