GCAAR Names Kymber Lovett-Menkiti of Keller Williams Capital Properties Rookie of the Year

Dec. 28, 2010 - PRLog -- (Washington, DC) -- The Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR) recently announced Kymber Lovett-Menkiti, GRI, as its 2010 Rookie of the Year.  Lovett-Menkiti is a top producer with Keller Williams Capital Properties and Director of Sales with The Menkiti Group, leading a real estate team that has sold over $100 million in residential sales volume over the past five years.  Since joining Keller Williams, Lovett-Menkiti has been a member of the Associate Leadership Council's Productivity Committee, and a participant in several first-time homebuyer seminars.  She has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2007, and received her GRI designation this year.

Lovett-Menkiti is a member of the GCAAR community service committee and served as House Captain for the GCAAR Cares 2010 Rebuilding Together build in DC.  In addition, she works with the Archdiocese of Washington as the Lead Facilitator for seminars on protecting children against childhood sexual abuse, is an active member of the Brookland (Washington, DC) community and has supported neighborhood events such as the Brookland House and Garden Tour and the Great Brookland Yard Sale.
