Riddle Achieves MVP Board Member Status

Jan. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- BURLINGTON, N.C. – National Agents Alliance president and chief executive officer Andy Albright announced that Andrew Riddle has been named an MVP Board Member based on performance levels achieved near the end of 2010.

Riddle’s promotion comes on the heels of James Pitts being recognized as an agency manager with National Agents Alliance on Nov. 26, 2010. Pitts is the third person to reach this level under Riddle, which qualified Riddle for MVP Board Member status.
“We are excited to announce that Andy Riddle has reached another goal he set when he joined our team,” Albright said. “Andy is one of those people that we identified early on that we thought would be a leader for us and he continues to prove our prediction to be correct. We expect even bigger things from him in the future.”

To become an MVP Board Member, a recognized agency manager must have at least three other recognized agency managers direct to them. Riddle’s leadership has helped three other people develop agencies with a minimum of $50,000 per month of issued paid annualized premium.

“This was something that I’ve been trying to do since the company started it,” Riddle said. “I don’t think I’ve arrived yet by any means, but it’s just another step toward getting to the ultimate goal. I knew what I needed to do in order to hit the level, so I had been working really hard for it. Mark let me know I had reached the goal in December.”

Riddle, who resides in Jacksonville, Fla., previously worked with Merrill Lynch and started working with National Agents Alliance on a part-time basis, but quickly decided to resign from Merrill Lynch and join NAA on a full-time basis under the tutelage of Mark Womack.
Womack, who has served as a mentor to Riddle, said he wasn’t surprised by Riddle’s promotion.

“He’s a hard worker and he’s a competitor,” Womack said. “He’s got enthusiasm and the only thing that is shocking is that he’s gotten here so fast. There are probably six of us that have done it and he’s probably the fastest to get to that point. It took me six or seven years to do it.”

Riddle joins Stephen Davies, Alex Fitzgerald, Bill Lampe, Art Leazer, Paul Roberts, John Wilson and Womack as MVP Board Members.

“Those are all elite guys at NAA that I’ve looked up to since I’ve been in the business,” Riddle said. “It’s an honor to be in that group. I’m looking to do bigger things, but this is a huge deal for me. Any time you can be mentioned in the group with those guys it’s a positive thing.”
