Follow on Google News | ![]() Conejo Valley Days Announces 2011 Dates, Vendor Applications AvailableOrganizers of the 55th annual Conejo Valley Days (CVD) have announced the dates for this year's western fair and carnival. CVD will be held May 4 through 8 at Conejo Creek Park South in Thousand Oaks. Vendor apps are available.
"We're building on last year's success and plan to add new and innovative entertainment to this year's CVD," says Frank Akrey, CVD general chair. "You'll also see more opportunities for community involvement. Check our newly-designed website at www.conejovalleydays.org and Facebook for regular updates." Hours will be the same as last year: Wednesday and Thursday, May 4 and 5, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday, May 6, 5:00 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday, May 7, noon to midnight and Sunday, May 8, noon to 6:00 p.m. CVD is currently seeking vendors. "We can accommodate up to 100 vendors," says Mary-Catherine McBride, Conejo Valley Days vendor/concession chairperson. A 10'x10' vendor space, including electricity, is $275 for all five days. Double-sized 10'x 20' spaces are also available.
