Follow on Google News | CAKE BREAK launches VALENTINE’S applicationCake Break is launching a special edition of their app, What Flower, which was created especially for Saint Valentine’s Day , and proposes a series of flowers and bouquets for those who are in need of some inspiration for a beautiful gift.
By: Cake Break Radu Oprea, programmer at Cake Break talks about how the idea for What Flower came to his mind: "It was one of my own experiences that made me think of a flower app. I was dating a girl, and one day, I thought I'd make a good impression and buy her flowers. I didn't know back then that those flowers are only given at a funeral. Needless to say I never heard from her again." The Valentine’s edition follows the What Flower Christmas update, which brought users a new option with the arrival of flower arrangements. Now you can not only search for the flower you need, but also find it arranged in a beautiful bouquet. Besides proposing a number of flowers and bouquets for Valentine’s Day, the new edition features a partnership with flowerpetal.com, an online flower shop who generously provided the photos for the bouquets. Also, in-app links were added so that the viewer can buy the bouquets directly from the flowerpetal.com website. # # # The Cake Break team consists of four people (Radu Oprea and Ovidiu Naclad - Programming, Dragos Bardac - Design, Mazilu Larisa - PR & Marketing), who develop iPhone applications in their free time.
