By: Amalgam Training Ltd. Workshops held every month. Lecturers from Amalgam Training Ltd will give you information about the Cert IFCI course and you will get an opportunity to meet an existing investigator and ask as many questions as you like! Our monthly workshops at the training centre are on the 1st Saturday in each month and on the 3rd Friday in every month. A typical day consists of: 9.30am - Welcome & Coffee from the team at Amalgam Training Ltd 10am - Introduction from Dean Hyde – Chairman of the Association of Incident, Fraud & Claims Investigators or Darren Knight - Senior Lecturer Amalgam Training Ltd. 10.15am - The Course including o Course Content. o Hear from existing candidates via video and/or in person. 11.00am - The Work including o Details of work carried out by Incident / fraud & Claims Investigators. o Hear from existing Investigators via video and/or in person. 11.45am - The Rewards o What’s in it for you? o What do successful investigators earn? o Hear from Work Providers via video and/or in person. 12.15pm - Question Time 12.30pm - Lunch 13.15pm - If you wish to stay behind for a chat addressing any concerns or clarification of any information given during the workshop some of the following individuals may be available to you: o George Gager – Insurance Claims Specialist o Lin Hyde Qualifications & Accreditations Director – Awarding Body o Dean Hyde Chairman AIFCI & Resident Consultant Expert o Darren Knight Senior Lecturer AMALGAM Training Ltd o Andrew Tresadern Lecturer AMALGAM Training Ltd o Richard Hyde Amalgam Investigation Services Ltd o An Independent Investigator # # # Our aim is to recruit the best quality people from all walks of life and allow them through quality training to enter this industry with the uppermost confidence. The good thing about attending at this free workshop taster session, is that it allows us to determine whether or not you have the skills we are looking for and if you don’t you will not be investing money that you maybe cannot afford to spend on a whim. We do guarantee introductions to work providers, once you have qualified. Our training is tough, it has to be, we guarantee work, it could be 1 job it could be 100’s of jobs depending on your ability to do the work well, If your work is of poor quality or you let people down, you will not survive in this industry, again the beauty of this business is that it is based on skill. In the past we have considered bursaries, scholarships and we have provided funds for training to allow us to be able to recruit people who may not have funds available to come on the course. End
