Feb. 10, 2011 - PRLog -- ARMONK, N.Y. – After completing a major improvement project and selling out its membership in 2010, Brynwood Golf & Country Club in Armonk earned the coveted Troon Golf “Rock Star” Award during the company’s annual leadership conference held last month in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Troon Golf’s “Rock Star” award is given annually to a select number of top-performing properties that create new standards of excellence in the industry. Brynwood Golf & Country Club was recognized for the success of its extensive improvement project that radically elevated the club’s member-experience. The improvements resulted in a frenzy of membership sales and a waiting list for new members in 2010. Key components of the project included new membership offerings, unique family programs, a vibrant social calendar, multimillion dollar clubhouse renovation, and the hiring of Troon Golf – a leading golf management company.
