Mark Kruger Finalist on The Biggest Loser To Speak at Marlborough Chamber Breakfast; March 8

Feb. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Massachusetts native Mark Kruger, a finalist on the hit TV Show, The Biggest Loser will be the featured speaker at the next Distinguished Speaker’s Breakfast for the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce.  Kruger will speak to Chamber members on March 8 starting at 7:45am at the Marlborough Holiday Inn located at 265 Lakeside Ave. The event is open to all.

He will talk about his time on the show in which he came in fourth place and give tips to Chamber members and others on how to stay fit and healthy while juggling a busy work schedule, as well as home and other responsibilities. Attendees will learn how to make positive changes in their personal and professional lives.

Mark Kruger is a true success story. As a finalist on Season Five of the hit television show, The Biggest Loser, he lost 129 pounds. He has transformed his life completely by eating well, competing in triathlons and marathons and becoming a motivational speaker. Losing a large amount of weight and finding motivation to stay fit has given Kruger an insightful perspective that has inspired many struggling to change their lives. To this day, Kruger runs an average of 50 miles a week, teaches two Spin Classes each week and competes in athletic events including most recently a 50-mile competitive run.
