The new 2011 RAM 1500 is engineered with an advanced new four-wheel drive system along with different engine choices. Buyers can choose between a 215-horsepower, 3.7-liter V-6 with 235 pounds-feet of torque, a 310-horsepower, 4.7-liter V-8 with 330 pounds-feet of torque, or a 380-horsepower, 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 with 404 pounds-feet of torque.

Advanced safety features of the new Ram 1500 include antilock brakes as well as an electronic stability system. Also available is a trailer-sway control features along with side curtain airbags on quad and crew cabs. Useful features such as the Hill start assist and brake assist are also included as safety features of the new Ram 1500. The Hill start assist feature is designed to prevent the truck from rolling backward on steep hills. The brake assist feature is made to help the driver maximize braking power during panic situations.

The Ram 1500 offers stylish seats with soft-touch quality materials and includes interior features such power-adjustable pedals, rearview camera, power-sliding rear window on quad cab, and an optional Garmin navigation system.
