Esys provides engineering services and integrated manufacturing systems for a wide range of industries and applications.  Some of the areas our team has excelled in are: Design and Build of PLC Based Control Systems, Robotic Sealing and Coating Applications, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Tire & Wheel Assembly Solutions.  Esys also provides complete Manufacturing Systems Integration, Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems, Part Identification & Vision Systems, Material Handling Systems, Part Tracking & Traceability, and Custom Control Systems.

Required Skills:

•         Allen Bradley PLC software design experience
•         Basic computer knowledge and MS office proficiency
•         Industrial controls system knowledge
•         Familiarity of working within industrial environments
•         Industrial safety practices
•         Understanding of manufacturing processes
•         Entry level all the way up to industry veteran experience level
•         Able to travel up to 50%

Desired Skills:.  
•         Controls Hardware design – electrical, pneumatic, etc.
•         AutoCAD and/or Eplan experience
•         Siemens Step 7 PLC software design
•         Cimplicity SCADA/HMI software
•         PC application development (MS .NET, VB, PHP, MySQL, C++, etc.)
•         HMI software development (Panelview, WinCC, etc.)
•         Industrial communication protocols (Ethernet, Devicenet, Profibus, etc.)
•         Machine vision applications (Cognex, Keyance, etc.)
•         Motion control applications (VFD’s, Servo, etc.)
•         Machine commissioning and troubleshooting skills
•         College Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Computer Engineering)
