Dr. Gross is a leader in heart care in the Rogue Valley, and will provide many insights into your heart and your health as you age. For example, people tend to reduce their general activity but not their food consumption, especially foods rich in fats and cholesterol. This can lead to heart disease. In addition, seniors tend to take more medications for pain relief, but research has shown that regular use of these pain medications, over time, may lead to heart disease.
