Kinesis Survey™ Facilitates Animal Welfare Research for the Center for Shelter Dogs

ARLB is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing domesticated animals and wildlife. One of ARLB’s leading programs is the Center for Shelter Dogs (the Center), which works to improve the welfare of homeless dogs cared for by shelters and other rescue organizations throughout the U.S.  The Center conducts extensive research in support of its objectives, and after using another online survey tool for several years, it sought a more comprehensive and intuitive software solution that could best support its various research projects. Kinesis Survey™ was ultimately selected because of the innovative functionality and flexible platform provided. The case study focuses on how the Center utilizes Kinesis Survey™, and the impact on its programs.

The success of the Kinesis Survey™-enabled pilot resulted in the program’s expansion into a proprietary software system that will be rolled out nationwide in May.
