RundgrenRadio.com adds new subsidiary: Onward Promotions

March 18, 2011 - PRLog -- RundgrenRadio.com is expanding the concert promotion side of its business by adding a subsidiary company named Onward Promotions.  The new company will be responsible for concerts with artists other than RundgrenRadio.com's top client Todd Rundgren.

According to RundgrenRadio.com's Melinda Cain, they are expanding their concert promotion business and don't want to confuse booking agents, venues, and fans by using the Rundgren name to present concerts where Todd is not involved.  "We are still interested in presenting Todd Rundgren concerts of course but those will continue to be promoted under the RundgrenRadio.com name", Cain said.  

Besides promoting over 20 Rundgren concerts in less than three years, RundgrenRadio.com has presented concerts with Alec Roeser, Gary Myrick & The Figures, Kasim Sulton, The Fixx, and Monco Poncho. Cain added, "We really enjoy promoting so we're going to make a run at trying even more artists and this new name addition was inevitable.  We may even delve outside of the concert industry and try different things like comedy acts for example."

Rundgren Radio is an online talk radio show for Todd Rundgren fans that airs Tuesday nights at 8:30pm Eastern time. The company also promotes several Todd Rundgren concerts a year.
