Life On the Line By Texting

March 22, 2011 - PRLog -- Due to the increase in New York pedestrian accidents while texting, New York State Senator Carl Kruger is proposing that a fine will be given to pedestrians who text while walking. The allegation is that pedestrian accidents have risen because too many walkers are distracted by their cell phones. To get the pedestrian to pay attention while they are walking in the city streets, the Senator wants to cite these violators with a $100 fine.
