Owner Gene Tang and Chef Chuck James have prepared a spectacular spring menu for Easter.  The menu will include an array of brunch and dinner entrees and desserts.  Entrees will include Crab Benedict, Sous Vide Colorado Lamb, Fresh Norwegian Salmon, American Kobe Steak and Chicken with Waffles.  For dessert 1515 offers seasonal fruits and house made desserts.  Every diner is offered a complimentary Mimosa or glass of champagne.
