Jeep Grand Cherokee Named 2011 Rocky Mountain SUV of the Year

The Rocky Mountain Automotive Press (RMAP) named our Grand Cherokee the Rocky Mountain SUV of the year. This title was given to the Grand Cherokee during a ceremony at the Denver Auto Show in March.

Although there were several vehicles up for the title the Grand Cherokee took home the title as RMAP members described the Grand Cherokee as, “a comfort on the road, toughness off-road and impressive quality throughout.”

Over 75  new model vehicles from every major domestic and import automaker were given test-drive evaluation in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming, and the RMAP members found the Sonata to be the best in areas including: performance, fuel economy, comfort, safety and value.
