Lisa Stickley Bed & Bath Linen Launches At Heal's

April 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Heal’s, the home of modern, designer and contemporary furniture and homewares is delighted to announce the launch of a new Bed and Bath linen collection from London based textile designer, Lisa Stickley.

Following the enormous popularity of her make-up bags and wash-bags, Lisa Stickley’s designer linen collection launches exclusively at Heal’s and is available at the Heal’s flagship Tottenham Court Road store and online at Heals.co.uk , before capsule collections are launched across the final 5 Heal’s stores.

The 200 thread count cotton bed linen and 600 GSM bath linen come in four designs, including Lisa’s iconic ‘Hankie Flower’ and ‘Fig Daisy’ alongside new prints ‘Champs-Élysées’ and - exclusive to Heal’s for Spring Summer 2011 – ‘Paint Palette’.

Lisa Stickley’s textile designs combine nostalgia for classic 1950’s and 60’s prints with a sharp contemporary twist. Small wonder she’s been described as ‘the new Cath Kidston’. The 34-year-old Londoner set up her home accessories brand in 2003, having studied at Central Saint Martin’s and the Royal College of Art. Since then she’s gone from strength to strength, creating quintessentially English designs with a vintage touch from her studio in Clapham, South London.

“It has been an extremely exciting endeavour translating my designs onto a bed and bath collection. It is such a colossal format to work with and takes colour and print to a whole new level. My aim was to create a home collection on sumptuous cotton percale (a delicious 200 thread count!) combining modern gloriousness with a simple and refreshing British twist.” Lisa Stickley
