Manufacturers' Growth gets a Helping Hand from Latimer Hinks Solicitors

April 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Marine engineering products manufacturer Tekmar has moved into a new site at Darlington’s Faverdale Business Park, two years after Latimer Hinks helped to acquire its current Newton Aycliffe home in 2009.

Commercial property lawyer Neil Stevenson, a Partner at Latimer Hinks Solicitors, conducted the legal negotiations which helped Tekmar to buy the 20,000 sq ft Unit 3 building at Faverdale.

Tekmar’s expansion onto a second site marks continued growth for the firm, which has seen revenues treble to £15m following the launch of its new Teklink offshore wind power technology.

The new Darlington premises will house the firm’s subsea oil and gas work.
