Plymouth IT Support Specialists Join Buy With Confidence Scheme

April 19, 2011 - PRLog -- Limbtec have become the first Plymouth-based IT support specialists to sign up for Plymouth Trading Standards’ Buy with Confidence scheme.

Launched in Plymouth in 2010, the Buy with Confidence scheme aims to help consumers and businesses find the services of good, reliable tradesmen and companies.

All organisations who sign-up to the Buy with Confidence scheme undertake a full audit of their business operation by local Trading Standards Officers. Only when stringent service checks are met will a company be approved and join the scheme.

Far from being a one-off inspection, the companies are subject to ongoing monitoring through customer satisfaction reports to ensure that they continue to meet the service requirements of the scheme.
