Merger Between Digital Controls Corporation – Managed Print Group And Global Environme

Lexington, KY-Global Environmental Services (GES) and Digital Controls Corporation – Managed Print Group (DCC) announced today that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement, which will be effective as of April 14, 2011 under which GES and DCC will consolidate operations.  The merger will form a new division under the GES flagship name to be called GES Print Solutions.  The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.

The combined operational activities will continue to focus on all aspects of IT services and electronics recycling that impact our world today with environmentally responsible lifecycle management solutions that have the highest accreditation in the industry across all industries for:
