Central Florida Institute, Inc. Announces The Success Training Empowerment Program (STEP) Kick-Off!

May 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Central florida institute’s success training empowerment program (step) started off with a bang!

Cfi’sstepprogramcommunitypartner,fifththirdbank,presented,financial success, a session on banking and saving, focusing on helping those in attendance to become better informed regarding banking decisions and developing effective saving habits for themselves and their families.

Cfi’s success training empowerment program (step) is designed to provide cfi students, graduates, staff, faculty, and the public at large, with resource training and development in five (5) success paths. Those areas cover career, academic, financial, health and wellness, and life success.

Shakila ali, assistant vice president, affiliate membership banking specialist for fifth third bank, presented an informative and interactive session with two (2)groups of cfi students in the medical assistant and dental assistant programs at 2:45pm and 6:25pm on 4/28/2011. Fifth third bank has been a community partner of central florida institute for the last three years and was the first to respond when cfi asked for help to begin the step initiative foundation. As always, fifth third bank went above and beyond in partnering with cfi and the step program.

A network of businesses, agencies, organizations, and individuals, who offer their expertise and time, provide the framework for the central florida community partnership. Last thursday’s presentation was simply “the first step.” cfi is excited about upcoming sessions and know that as the step initiative continues to be implemented; the best is yet to come for cfi students, graduates, and the local community alike.
