May 10, 2011 - PRLog -- SACRAMENTO, Calif.  – Keith Springer provides in depth analysis into the government stimulus’s effect on the stock market.

According to Charles Payne anchor for Fox Business, “There is no doubt that this proverbial wall of worry is a million miles high, and yet the market rally continues… and you think it’s not going to stop, Keith?”

"No, there is a main reason," said Keith Springer, president of Springer Financial Advisors in Sacramento, CA. "It’s because of the stimulus being put in by the government. They announced the end of the QE2 but they continue with a QE Mini-Me, although it’s not the 100-110 billion a month it’s still 30 or 40 billion. The stock market is addicted to the stimulus. As long as the government continues to put money into this market, stocks are going to go up."

“Keith how does the stimulus impact the stock market? Is there a direct manipulation,” asks Mr. Payne.

“The Government does two things,” Mr. Springer says, “issues money so banks can lend more; it also gives the Government more money for social programs which leads to spending money in the economy. And people who already have money will buy stocks.”
