Cate School Appoints Brown University Official to Key Post

Cate School Headmaster Benjamin D. Williams IV has announced the appointment of Sarah E. Kidwell as Director of Marketing and Communications for the 100-year-old college preparatory school in Carpinteria, CA.
 
May 10, 2011 - PRLog -- Cate School Headmaster Benjamin D. Williams IV has announced the appointment of Sarah E. Kidwell as Director of Marketing and Communications for the 100-year-old college preparatory school in Carpinteria, CA. Ms. Kidwell, a former television producer, comes to Cate from Brown University, where she has served since 2007 as a media relations specialist and Director of News and Communications.

"Sarah has distinguished herself as a producer with both CNN and NBC News and in her work for the last several years in Media Relations at Brown," says Mr. Williams.  "Her understanding of, familiarity with, and appreciation for the various means of telling an institution's story make her an ideal leader of our marketing and communications effort at Cate.  We are thrilled to welcome Sarah Kidwell to the Mesa and look forward to working with her to build on the distinguished foundation of Cate's first century."

Ms. Kidwell will assume the new position August 1st, 2011.
