Both passionate and gifted chefs have enjoyed an extraordinary culinary career working in some of Switzerland’s finest kitchens. For the special Swiss Food Festival at Taste, Chef Alexander and Chef Michael have created an irresistible menu of authentic Swiss food to enjoy with our interactive buffet at Taste restaurant.

Highlights at the exquisite boutique dining venue will include Thinly sliced veal Zurich style, Classic raclette cheese and Cheese fondue and Original air dried Buendner ham gourmet potato rosti with toppings straight from the wood fired oven. Experience authentic Swiss dessert specials such as Traditional carrot cake, Toblerone chocolate mousse, Movenpick ice cream teppanyaki, Chestnut purée with Cherry liqueur, and – of course - Swiss chocolate fondue and Truffles.

Taste is a contemporary restaurant with a boutique style buffet serving an enticing range of gourmet international cuisine in a visually dramatic setting.
