May 17, 2011 - PRLog -- New York, NY - Plum TV veteran host Alison Chace, who has interviewed numerous "living" celebrities including Kim Catrall, Jessica Lange and Drew Barrymore, has taken inspiration from Zach Galifianakis' award winning web series "Between Two Ferns" for her new online offering "Between Two Urns" (http://www.funnyordie.com/topic/between-two-urns).  Chace's tagline: "The hottest gossip with the deadest celebrities."

While the star of THE HANGOVER 2 (in theaters May 25) interviews such bold faced names as Sean Penn and Jennifer Aniston on Will Ferrell's website www.funnyordie.com, Chace chats with "deceased" celebrities like Marilyn Monroe.

Chace's spoof has garnered thousands of views and ranks a 92% "funny" rating by viewers on www.funnyordie.com site.  This is a precursor to a website the on air host, producer and director's upcoming site, THE DINGER (www.thedinger.com), which launches July 1st, 2011.  Inspired by The New Yorker's weekly cartoon caption contest, creative people will submit their funniest themed videos. Each week viewers will then vote on who they think "won," or more appropriately "who put the dinger on it."

During a one episode of "Between Two Urns" Chace has a heart to heart with the blond bombshell,  asking about her thoughts on today's hits like "Glee," "Desperate Housewives," and BLACK SWAN.  When asked about Natalie Portman's Academy Award winning performance, the "late" Monroe breathlessly tells Chace she'll have to take a "pass" on that query.

An experienced on-line publisher, Chace already has the successful website www.wakeuptoabreakup.com, a light-hearted source of info-tainment for girls in their 20's going through break-ups.
