Operation of VFD decanter centrifuge

1.    Installation
   The centrifuge ought to configure with medium-speed centrifuge and of which location in mud circulation system should be fixed on the places where must be behind medium-speed centrifuge;
   The fluid that high-speed centrifuge processes is the overflow from outlet of medium-speed centrifuge which is connected to the inlet of high-speed centrifuge transported by a mixer and supply pump.
   The installation of solid funnel and fluid funnel is the same as medium-speed centrifuge;
   The power of both the high-speed centrifuge and medium-speed centrifuge come from the same power control box. The both centrifuge should use different the power switchs. Check and make the phase of motor power correct.

2.   Preparation before operating centrifuge
   Clear the extraneous sundries that affect the running of centrifuge.
   Check and make the belt tension suitable.
   Check the amount of the engine oil of the compensating gear.

3.   Fasten the guard shield.

4.   Turn the belt pulley of main motor and ensure that there isn’t resistance force between the bowl and the propeller.

5.   Try to rotate bowl for ensure the right rotary direction.

6.   Check and make the fluid inlet valve open all.

7.   Stop running.
