Couple Wins $100,000 Wedding Package

June 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Belleville, NJ – June 2, 2011 – Scott Maciag and Livleen Dhaliwal, of Harriman, NY entered radio 103.5 KTU’s “Dream Wedding in the Park” contest with a 103-word entry that started out as follows: “When Scott and I met 2 years ago we suspected that our lives would change forever.” However, neither of them could foresee a wedding reception completely on the house –Nanina’s In The Park and The Park Savoy Estate wedding manors– to be more specific.  

Awarded the Grand Prize at Nanina’s in the Park, the lucky couple won a coveted $50,000 wedding reception at either facility, consisting of a cocktail hour with a premium bar and a complete dinner for 150 guests.  Included in the reception will be a Viennese table, wedding cake, the dance band called “The Infernos”, limousine service and a full photography package. Finally, the couple will follow their Dream Wedding In The Park with a honeymoon in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The winning couple, among 102 other finalists throughout the Tri-State area, submitted a photo of themselves as a couple, in addition to a love story detailing their relationship in 103 words or less.  Determined to win, they publicized the contest to family, friends and coworkers, eventually earning a place alongside the top-voted couples at the Grand Finale,  held at Nanina’s In The Park.
