Here I will introduce GNZS63-4 shale shaker briefly. It is new designed shale shaker for oilfield drilling.

First it is with larger screen area than 3 panel shale shaker GNZS703, it is screen area reaches 3.158m2(33.9 sq ft), which is larger than the same level shaker with other brands, such as Brandt, Swaco, etc.

Second its treating capacity is larger than 3 panel shaker, up till 50L/S(180m3/h). Before we need to use 2 sets of GNZS852 shaker in the solids control system for such treating capacity, now we only need 1 shaker, it can reach the same treating effect, but with small footprint and cost less.

Third the shaker screens dimension is same with Brandt Cobra, so it is convenient to get the spare parts. We can also provide the screens with best treating effect, sometimes we use a new shaker screen “ pyramid frame screen”, which is more larger screen area than flat panel and stable than hook strip pyramid screen.
