Actually, the on shore well drilling usually don't need the screw conveyor neither gumbo conveyor. This jack up rig mud process unit is a large one. The unit holding capacity upto 1500GPM.

There are totally 3 sets of linear motion shaker. The vacuum degasser provide 1100GPM capacity, then three 10" desander cones, twenty-four 4" desilter cones and bottom shaker GNZS703.

We set 2 decanter centrifuge  over there. The total treating capacity is 430GPM. One is middle speed the other is high speed

For two conveyors, the main function is to transfer drilling mud also the material for complete well drilling.

This provide more fresh drilling luid as well as filteration or separation on drilling mud. This will benefit jackup well drilling over sea

The jacking system is used to raise the entire barge above the water to a predetermined height or "air gap", so that wave, tidal and current loading acts only on the relatively slender legs and not on the barge hull.
