June 30, 2011 - PRLog -- HICAPS’ Program Management and RF Engineering project team has planned and implemented over 100 rebanding projects.  Through that process, HICAPS has experience with the installation and setup of GenWatch3® which, in partnership with Motorola, replaces Motorola’s SystemWatch, SIMSII, SIP and SiteLens products.
