HICAPS awarded GSA PES AND MOBIS Contract schedules

Sept. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- GREENSBORO, NC –  Award winning, (2011 INC 500/5000 and The Business Journal’s 2011 Fast50), small business HICAPS, INC announced today two General Services Administration (GSA) schedule awards; Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) and Professional Engineering Services (PES).  

The GSA Schedules Program establishes long-term government-wide contracts (GWAC) with commercial suppliers and are the vehicles for billions of dollars in federal government spending.  These pre-negotiated and approved contracts facilitate government customers’ acquisition of a vast array of products and services directly from suppliers. Government customers gain ease in purchasing from negotiated rate schedules and benefit from “most-favored customer” pricing for volume purchases.
