Alice March brings Sissy Gamache to ATTENTION this Friday night LIVE on The Sissy Gamache Show!

July 7, 2011 - PRLog -- Alice Aspen March has become known known as The Attention Lady, through her innovative work for enriched living: The Attention Factor.

She’s given key-note addresses, staff trainings, workshops and seminars, participated on various work and educational panels.  She has presented her work internationally in Auckland and Taranga, New Zealand, on a cruise ship on the Mediterranean, in Greece at an artist’s retreat, at an international fitness center, Rancho La Puerta, Tecate, Mexico, and at various cities around the US...to hundreds of people, working in various occupations and living varied lives Audience participants consistently ask her, “Why haven’t we heard this before?”

She has written two books:
Attention: It’s the Problem---It’s the Solution
Attention: Secrets for Making It in College and Beyond
A series of Podcasts and a Positive Parenting book are in development.

Two professors from Stanford and two from Brandeis, representing fields of neurobiology, psychiatry, sociology and economics, have provided the proof of concept in a publication of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. After years of research, they concluded definitively that attention from adoring, loving adults is The Greatest Gift for infants, supporting brain development  and the basis for happier, healthier, more intelligent and more productive lives.

Alice’s previous experience:  Served as  Executive Director of non-profit, Focusing Awareness on Children and Television (FACT), kept Mr. Rogers and his Neighborhood on air, sold concept for and co-produced the Emmy- Nominated Documentary, Latch-Keys Kids, starring Christopher Reeve, commissioned Boxed-In,  a satirical play about TV viewing,  for LASD circulation, appointed twice to California State Commissions,  recognized for her expertise at a national conference of 2,000 TV executives in Las Vegas.    

A year ago, Alice moved from Los Angeles to New York City, where she is expanding her work, launching an effective coaching program for families who want to be able to communicate with each other.
