July 19, 2011 - PRLog -- With the lobby, Branded and The Yard drawing hungry locals and out-of-towners alike to The Iron Horse Hotel, executive Chef Jason Gorman moved to a property-wide menu featuring a lineup of wood-fired BackYard pizzas, made outside in a hand-built brick oven. With eight signature recipes from the hotel’s chef including ‘Jason’s Favorite,’ made with Italian sausage, basil jalapeño pesto and garlic cheddar, each pizza is $14 and made with high-quality ingredients, local where possible.

Inclusive to all lifestyles, BackYard pizzas are all available gluten-free, with many options vegetarian including ‘The Cheesemaster,’ made with three Wisconsin master cheese-maker selections, befitting of the WI Cheese Ambassador himself.
