Lightning Tools unveils Data Masher 2.0 to synchronize on-premises SharePoint data with Office 365

Aug. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Lightning Tools, a leading provider of Microsoft SharePoint productivity tools, today announced Data Masher 2.0 for SharePoint. The Data Masher is a unique and powerful solution that allows small to large enterprises leverage existing SharePoint investments expanded and extended to Microsoft Office 365.

The new Data Masher solution will be presented at SharePoint Saturday (SPS) DC – The Conference. SPS DC will be held from August 11-13 at Northern Virginia Community College - Annandale Campus -Annandale, VA. Lightning Tools will be providing demos at booth #118.

Main features offered in this release of Data Masher 2.0 enable customers to:

•   Pull external data from relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle and ODBC data sources into SharePoint Lists
•   Push data from SharePoint Lists into relational databases
•   Synchronize SharePoint Lists between Office 365 and internal SharePoint servers
