Compass Financial Donates Book Bags Loaded With School Supplies to Hialeah Elementary

Aug. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- Compass Financial Federal Credit Union donated book bags filled with essential school supplies to Hialeah Gardens Elementary School.  The materials were distributed to underprivileged students at the school to ensure they were fully prepared for the start of the new school year. The school supplies donation program was organized by Hialeah Gardens Mayor De La Cruz and the City Council.

“Having school supplies gives children the opportunity to be ready to learn and have a great school year,” said Leo Acosta, president/CEO of Compass Financial Federal Credit Union.  “It was a pleasure to give back to a community that we serve.”
