San Jose Greek Restaurant Brings Modern Greek Cuisine and Entertainment to Downtown SJ

Myth Taverna and Lounge is owned by well known local nightlife guru, Ray  Shafazand, who explains his vision this way:  "The Myth is a perfect blend of the Greek's well known love of food and music.  We import many of the specialty food items from Greece that just have no equal locally.  However, we also use locally grown vegetables and other items to ensure freshness.  Our patio features live music at Happy Hour. Various DJs spin house, techno, and old school for the perfectly positive vibe to take you into the night."

The Myth draws major crowds Thursday thru Sunday evenings when the Lounge gets into full swing.  Currently Thursday night offers Therapy Thursday with DJ Nick G, Friday is Soul Therapy, Saturday brings D Fabian's Social Saturdays, and everybody wears white at the All White Everything Party on Sundays.
