The final factor to consider is that of audio, although some people won’t need this as their cameras won’t offer this functionality. For those that want to use their cameras to listen as well as watch though, the ability to play the sound is obviously extremely important! It might come as a surprise to learn that many CCTV monitors don’t come with speakers and that therefore separate speakers need to be bought – something that not only adds more clutter to a desk, but that also costs more money.
