Follow on Google News | ‘Sick Bag for Life’ Launched by Flight Comparison SiteA flight comparison website has designed the world’s first ‘sick bag for life’; aiming to help queasy air passengers with a product that promises to last for more than one flight.
By: Emma Kent Designed by www.Jetcost.co.uk, a flight comparison website, the ‘sick bag for life’ aims to provide nauseous flyers with a hard-wearing alternative to the somewhat flimsier paper counterparts currently found on most airlines. Currently in the design stages of development, the Jetcost ‘Sick Bag for Life’ will consist of a hard-wearing jute outer layer; providing a strong and durable bag to withstand flight after flight. Those suffering from travel sickness need simply pop a bio-degradable liner inside the jute outer layer, which they can remove and dispose of after sickness strikes. The ‘Sick Bag for Life’ aims to provide a discreet and durable solution to travel sickness, ensuring that passengers are always prepared should nausea rear its head. Air travel is often associated with its negative impact on the environment, so with this reusable product, Jetcost aim to highlight the importance in doing all you can to help lessen human impact. Having completed designs for the ‘Sick Bag for Life’, Jetcost.co.uk is currently looking for a partner to put the wheels in motion for development; Jerome Cohen- Scali, Co-Founder of Jetcost.co.uk, commented on the new product: “For years travellers have had to make do with the often shoddy paper nausea bags given to them by airlines, many of which are hardly strong enough to do their job properly. Unfortunately, many travellers do suffer from nausea mid-flight; so we wanted to follow in supermarket footsteps and design a reusable product that would last people longer than just one flight.” He continued: “The jute outer layer is designed with maximum discretion and strength in mind, and the bio-degradable liners ensure that you can easily dispose of any sickness, whilst keeping the environment in mind. With the designs now finished, we are very much looking forward to developing the product and aim to have it handy for travellers in the New Year. After all, if you can have a shopping bag for life, why not have a sick bag for life!” ENDS LINK: http://www.Jetcost.co.uk Editor’s Notes For more information please contact Emma Kent of 10 Yetis Public Relations Agency on emmak@10yetis.co.uk or 01452 348211.
